Easy Removable Insulation Block
(Block Insulation)
It will be fabricate at the factory after layout based on CAD date and actual measurement date. In comparison with conventional designs, they allow for easier installation at site with significantly reduced amount of wastes as well as fast and easy removal and reinstallation during repair and maintenance operations.
Detachment is achieved using a T-shaped hardware and a strap using magic tape. The fixing method can be considered depending on the situation. The thermal insulation work period and personnel can be reduced, and anyone can install it.
